KRK Rokit8 or Maya 1010

Hey people, I "must" (that's a long story, so...) choose between a KRK Rokit 8 near-field active monitor and an Audiotrak Maya 1010 (with external ins/outs box) soundcard.
Both are new and cost the same price!

I have monitors: Samson 65a (active) and Yamaha NS10 (I don't use this one) and I have soundcard: Audiophile 2496.
What do I do?
Maya is better than Audiophile? (better converters AD-DA??????)

I'd probably get the monitors if you already have an audiophile.

I have the KRK V8 monitors and love them. I think they're step up from the Rokits...but as far as my experience with KRK stuff, I've been a happy camper.
