there was party in a house in brazil, jus' saw on the newz, that a gas leak announced that all the people that attended the party DIED! sucks to be them!} I guess in Brazil they are not aware to LEAVE the premises if there is a gas smell

That was spain (completely different continant) and the gas was carbon monoxide. You cant detect carbon monoxide. It has no smell and no taste.
