Buying me some CDJ-800s
i am looking to invest in some of these and have them shipped to the us so i can pick them up later, does anyone know where i can find the best price online?
i know most places pricematch, but i havent seen anything lowere that like 599 online.
any help is greatly appreciated.
go to yahoo shopping, search cdj 800 and you should find one for $474 (not the b stock one)...Guitar Center pricematched that add for me last week.
i just bought a couple off of ebay for 470 a pop..i think the sellers name was ElectronicsGiant
thanks zizack, i liked ur little review, it inspired me to get these bad dogs. i prefer the solitary table as opposed to the dual deck like the cmx3000, is the loose platter feel ok? or does it feel cheap?
thanks oragod but ive had so mnay bad experiences with ebay that i cant risk it anymore.
the platter isn't loose at all....it just spins more freely the the 1000. Like if you were to give both a good spin around, the cdj 800 would spin around 3 full times whereas the 1000 might go around twice. No difference really though.
I'm looking to pick some of these up too.
If anyone finds some other crazy prices online please post!
Beware though, if you are buying them from out of your country, the 1 year warranty most likely becomes void.
From US models > Canada it does, I've checked with Pioneer.
i got 468. i cant wait til i get these puppies.

My advice would be to get as many phone numbers for stores as you can and then phone them all, they always ask you if you've had a previous quote and just keep going like that you'll defo get the price down.
Everytime i've bought something I have saved at least 50,
- 2 x Technics MK3Ds for 675 - and that was when they first came out in UK, similar in price to MK5s now.
- last one was my DJM600s got that for 550 from decks.co.uk
Get phoning, works everytime
