looking for non-vocal electronica with hip hop beats

Hi all

I like hip hop beats but I hate rapping and what not...

one of TA's X members suggested the "Mo Wax" label to me when looking for non-vocal electronica with hiphop beats...

but im still gonna need help...

look at this monster of a list:

Mo Wax Label

sorry about being very specific but i've had cravings for feel good tunes the last few days

P.S

Square Synths would be a bonus

You're a picky lil bitch. Check out Dr. Octagon. That's some classic collaboration between the 3 members in there. There is some rapping invovled though. Also Krush is not bad.

well, i guess not...i just supposed without thinking i guess.

rjd2
pete rock
Dan the Automator Nakamura (Hieroglyphics)
Prince Paul (De La Soul)

are the best places to start, if you consider dubbed hip hop to be 'edm'.

I DO know for sure that Prince and Dan's Handsome Boy Modeling School was released on cd sans all the vocals. its pretty tight and the production cant be beat...but youd have to decide if thats what youre looking for. Unf the best hip hop beats are usually complimented by decent vocals|

Maybe try some Krafty Kuts/ Freestylers/ Freq Nasty....hip hop influenced breakbeat.

take breakbeat and DNB records and slow them down
