No, H.P. Baxxter is only responsible for the lyrics and the vocal. For the music responsible are Rick Jordan & Gray Frog.

Well they did a bunch of decent productions (most of them without HP's shouts too) back in mid 90s way before they started to make total crap...

Jay Frog... and also, as a huge scooterfan, I would like to say here and now that they are the best electronic band EVAR. mind the gap is the worst album I have ever heard, but that does not stop their other stuff from being the greatest.
