Pull Your Pants Up in Virginia
Saw in Virginia they passed a law through the house and are awaiting approval from senate to make it a crime to walk around the street with your underwear showing (aka superbagger pants and gangsta look). American Civil Liberties Union fighting it as discrimination since majority of target is black kids. Thoughts?

Could be. I grew up there, but am no longer a resident. My brothers still live up there though. Hell, you can't even run a fuzzbuster on the dash.

Ive had some good times in VA, woot woot. There was this one warehouse across the street from a cemetary in roanoke somewhere, it was probably the closest thing to a rave that I'll ever see.
That is too bad about this law though, you would think that there would be better things for these people to spend their time on.
On a side note, FUCK THE VIRGINIA POLICE!! Damn that speed trap right on the border is retarded, as soon as you cross the limit drops by about 25 and then the cops try and snag cars before they can slow down, so they have to drive all the way back to VA again for the damn ticket, arrrrrgh!
I don't live in VA anymore and don't have to deal with the grey ghost subdued state police cars. All I can say is that I used to drive back and forth from Alexandria to Blacksburg/VA Tech about every weekend averaging about 130 mph in my Camaro for about a year, about 2-1/2 hours for 300 mile distance. Have to know where speed traps, etc. are. Not without consequences though, and have near misses and lots of stories I won't go into. I eventually moved down there instead of commuting for sex.

Stupid! It's expression and you should be able to do whatever you want! Express yourself however you want. Shit, that's going against the Constitution.
Easiest trick when you got about a 1/4 or 1/2 mile lead from a trooper at the start and you know they're coming for you is to do a 180. Sneak into traffic on opposite lane, but if that is not feasible, then blatantly blow by them in opposite direction at top end. Combined separation between vehicles if you're doing 100+ and trooper is as hitting top end as well after your ass, is 200+ to 250+ miles per hour. Hard for a trooper to slow and make up that kinda distance. Simple math. And a hint to the young bucks out here...

yea... pretty fucked up. considering you could walk around in JUST boxers if you wanted to, and its fine, cuz its not indecent exposure or anything like that.... but oh god!!! what if someone showed PART of their boxers?!?!?!?!

i honestly don't think its that big of a deal.
this law was probably made with kids in elementary school in mind, and really isn't a breach of our civil liberties.
and i know it sounds stupid, but its also a gang symbol. after all,
the baggy pants look originated in prison, where they weren't allowed belts.
i wouldn't mind at all if I owned a restaurant or something, and I had the right to kick out some loser who walked in with his pants at his knees.
