before i moved to the beach, i stayed at this hotel a couple of times....its a block from the clevelander and the cafe is way small....this will probably spill onto the street

ive stayed in worse on the block.....one thing i liked about them was we had 5 people in one room and they didnt give a shit. the cafe is nice little outdoor people watching spot, small bar and resturant but it not very large

its going to be very squished, fairwinds patio is sooo small! but if people are moving in and out may not be so bad..

last year i was walking around south beach and was very hungry when i smelled the BBQ from this place. decided to check it out for the food LOL was a pretty chillin time
too bad i dont get in to the 23rd or 24th
