Harmonic Pads?

Hi

Im trying to find a decent VST that can create some soft harmonic pads
Ive already got Vanguard, Z3ta, Moog Modular

And i just cant seem to create one

Anyone know of any VST that there major plus is harmonic stuff or maybe know of any Bank packs for the VST i already have
