The Night Time, Sniffling, Sneezing, Why The Fuck Is The Room Spinning Medicine. God I Love This Stuff
i used that stuff in Highschool all the time. Id take a double dose and then go to bed around 4 am. The next day at school was just relaxed and mellow to hell. very very good product

i pounded half a bottle once and then tried to stay awake.. in the end i just threw up and passed out. 
theres some other stuff in there too, but yes benedryl does the job. "Silly kids drinking medicin to catch a buzz, whats the world coming too?" Thats what my mom asked me after i depleted out NyQuil suply
. I love the stuff, it's really nice when you need some good sleep. If you drink a bunch and force yourself to stay up (and are successfull after a few hours) you will then be awake as hell for a long time and have a slight tripping experience.
200-400 mg is a good dose of diphenhydramine for me... The only problems with the drug is that a.) the initial feeling of sleepyness the first two hours is difficult to deal with, b.) it's an extreme diuretic at high doses and you'll need to urinate a lot, and you'll find it difficult to move around because you're so fucked and c.) diphenhydramine is an anticholinergic, and thus causes a good deal of amnesia and well as completely fucks up your short term memory. Overall, it's not really that much fun.
The one thing that I did find really amusing was closed eye visuals, especially in the 200+ range. It's kind of like dreaming awake, though you have to be careful not to fall asleep.

take a couple geltabs before bed and sleep like a baby

when i take 100mgs of diphenhyramine i cant even walk straight lol
i downed 4 caps-full of nyquil once. i could feel my heart slowly beating, and i just chilled, then got sick. threw up, and fell asleep. i tried ecstacy for the first time on saturday, and it far surpassed nyquil and anything ive ever taken or felt in my entire life. i now know why its called ecstacy 
thought i'd revive this thread because i just took 2 shots of nyquil. Get a nice buzz followed by a good night sleep

Try getting pharmaceutical DXM in powder form in a capsule... couldn't see or walk real well, but what a buzz

n00bs!! if you wanna have a crazy time, eat a box of Coricidin Cough and Cold or drink a bottle of Robitussin DM. oh wait like five people already posted about dxm...
check out dexalone (30mg DXM in a liquicap) or just pharm. grade dxm in google. mmm.... dissociatives... coricidin can give you some harsh side effects though (projectile puking up sickeningly sweet red liquid anyone?)
