yea .. so umm did anyone catch this .. ? i was flippin channels and happened to land on it .. needless to say the videos they played were still mainstream and outdone ruining my hope of seeing some worthy unplayed trance videos ..

altho they did have some marginally decent footage of club Abnesia (VJ Rick juss ruined that tho) but overall i can't say how good the coverage was since i really only caught the last bit ..

anyone else ??

Ibiza On Much

Ya, I caught the Much does Ibiza too. Unfortunately, Much Music has become the Energy FM of the TV airwaves, (People living around TO know what I'm talking about.) fluff, fluff, fluff. I mean, Why did they show a Missy Elliot Vid?!? Somehow I thought Much coes ibiza would contain more, oh I don't know, the things Ibiza is known for, Like good DJs etc. But no, we got an hour of Rick the temp running around the beach asking people why they like Ibiza. (Duh, maybe it's the party capital of the planet :conf and trying to get topless girls to let him to apply sunscreen to their backs. (Whoa! Nudity on Much! Never thought I'd see the day...)

The best line that whole show was Rick going "Gee, it's nearly 8:00 am, time for sleep!" I mean, if you're in Ibiza, you should be there to party, right??

Anyway, Much, being Much nowadays, is probably going to show the Prog at least once more this month. It was worth the watch, sort of, but only the once.

Do any of you have a XpressVu dish? There's this new channel that came out 2 months ago and it's called BPM (beats per minute). The first month of the channel was "low grade", but the month of october had some serious tunes. I saw some videos by DJ Tiesto, ATB, Mauro Picotto ect.. I also saw an interview of Mark Scaiffe,.. hmmmm I'm trying to remember what else concerning trance.. but I can't right now.

One time they had some breakdancing competition - THAT WAS COOL!

Has anybody else seen this channel??

all i have to say is booooooooo booooooo

one thing i always try to do is stay away from the crowed now that much music is doing ibiza it translates that soon times it will be main stream and i will be forced to find something underground again

funny you mention it now... i have never saw anything on much music @ least not in canada......

then again when a radio station like 915 the beat starts playing the likes of PVD, tiesto and armin is the day i start running and look else where.

not underground but rather something canada wouldn't be interested in... how ever i did notice that ever since 2002 it has became a lot more abroad, i think tiesto had something too do with this...
