Son of the Mask

I'm already booking it a spot as the worst movie ever created.

haha amen to that

its annoying cause i kinda wanna see it cause i loved the mask so much
but anyone besides jim carrey with the mask...definately don't think it'll work
he's what made that movie work

this sequel "never happened"

Posted by Blue. on Feb-15-2005 04:03:

Jamie Kennedy is great in smaller roles ie. Bait, Enemy of the State but somehow I doubt that he'll shine in thi starring role.

How can they ruin such a good movie with this crap sequel?

Have some common sense Jamie Kennedy and Alan Cumming (however you spell it).

Actually, I remember renting the VHS of the Mask a little bit after release and seeing a teaser for the sequel after the movie credits passed. It basically had Milo spending the day in the city with the mask. Wonder what happened to it.

"reeks of a studio desperate to make an easy buck from the memory of one of its hits"

"What we basically have here is a license for the filmmakers to do whatever they want to do with the special effects, while the plot, like Wile E. Coyote, keeps running into the wall"

Looks as if the average ratings for the movie by both users and papers is a D hahahaha, I knew it.

It looks hilariously awful. Jim Carrey films are one of a kind - if you make a sequel without him, then frankly you're screwed right from the start.

Speaking of which, witholding Ace Ventura, did he star in any sequels of movies that he's been in?
