Trance Radiostations in the bay area
Anyone know of some good party/dance/trance stations in the bay area? The only one I can find is wild 94.9, which sucks bigtime.
either get XM or internet stations.
Sadly, that's kinda what I figured... You'd think with SF that we'd have some good stations like that.
Last time I checked Party 92.7 broadcast cheesy trance interspersed with some decent stuff. And 97.3 plays good house on Saturday nights.
I think the first one might have changed I'm not quite sure.
Party 92.7 sucked. It then changed to some Rap station, but is now ENERGY 92.7...and honestly, out of ALL the Dance/EDM stations I have ever heard, it's the best. They play Tiesto tracks, PvD tracks, Motorcycle, Ferry tracks, etc....they actually play real EDM. And I think the big reason why they are able to play the better EDM music and a bigger variety is because they actually are putting in commercials, ie advertising money for licensing.

And in L.A. are there any dance/trance radiostations ???
Listen to my radio. It is every Saturday morning from 4-6am on 91.9FM KCSB in Santa Barbara, and can also be streamed live from www.kcsb.org/webcast . It is called (TECHNO)LOGICAL, and the primary focus is local up and coming dj's spinning quality electronic dance music. For this weekend's show, I am bringing up DJ Kenosis (www.djkenosis.com) to spin a 2 hour show. Last week I had Michael Conway spin for his second time on the show. Hopefully soon I will get a better time slot and a longer one too! (It is only 2 hours for now). But yeah you should check out my show!
