ERRRRR! What is it going to take to shut that damn place down for good? or at least get it under the right management. At this point I am wishing they would make it a church again. They would have a better chance of seeing me visit there if it were a church again than any other super dj being there.

Yeah, it bugs me that all these really good DJs keep getting booked at Avalon.
Sven Vath, Chris Liebing, J00F, Mauro Picotto! I'd like to see them, especially Liebing, but dammit, why Avalon!?

When I went to go see Blank & Jones it was barely packed. There was enough room to dance.


Just don't go when they have big names. So you weill have no problem with there DJ's Beema named

aww saw him at nature one...that man cracks me up. he just might make avalon worth a trip..

dayams nyc needs another good [respectable, classy] well managed venue for trance besides crobar and spirit...i cant stand all these djs hittin up avalon

You know that is actually what I REALLY wanted to say, but by chance if someone does decide to burn it to the ground out of pure anger I dont want the cops to come looking for me

it used to be a Roman Catholic church known as The Church of the Holy Communion. It closed in the 1960s and was designated as a National Landmark before it closed.
