Arrow Proper 1200 Mod

Ok I have performed the modification the correct way according to this site.

also the site explains exactly what the mod does:READ IT!! Its very imformative!!

http://www.dancetronics.com/othpages/mod1200.html

besides this modication I installed a toggle switch on the bottom of each deck to switch from standard 1200 mode and the modified mode.

the difference the full modification makes is like night and day.

the platter gets a floaty sensitive feeling to it....u can make ultra accurate pitch bend adjustments with the nipple and platter with no effort.....I would not recommend this mod to beginners....if u are just learning beat mixing this will make your life much harder.......but for those with experience i think its awesome.....

I also would not try to do this perform this modification your self unless u are completely comfortable soldering and working with PC boards.

Very simple mod to do. If the board had surface mount components, then it would be a bitch, but luckily its not thanks to 20+ year old technology. I don't see the point in doing it other than having something different to screw with in your bedroom setup.

I can do it. I got the soldering iron right hear, just buy the resistors and make sure to get 2 extra sets for my decks too and I'll do it for free.

Sober how? Sober like a clown? what about just 1 drink?

I'm going to be in Austin on March 5. Or are you in McAllen right now? Let me know.
