Do u wish u still did drugs???
I used to do a lot of stuff!! But i quit a few years ago ..
Now a got a wif and a kid ..But still once in a while I get a craving for a good e-pill,or acid ,shrooms ,K, anything that will get me there. Any1 else get that??
just the music dude....
...ok maybe the odd pill
Ah yes...the time in ones life when you realize it isn't possible anymore to just forget all that you are responsible for as an adult and escape to the happy land of chemicals.
Sometimes I do miss the young carefree days but the music is what I love and what keeps me on the dancefloor at 32. And I tell ya at 32 the phrase "what comes up must come down" is very much skewed towards the "come down"
...and the adult world of work just doesn't have room for me on a sketchy Tuesday.
Other than the fact that they allowed me to stay awake and on my feet much longer I don't really miss them. I may not be able to last until 8 or 10 am or NOON anymore but that just means I have to make the 5 or 6 hours that I do get on the dancefloor really count.
But dont you ever get that craving ,for something??
I GET once every 2 months or so..AND its a big big big craving,i so far have resisted ,but damn its hard

Who needs drugs? Music is my drug. That and crack.
I don't need drugs to have a good time. At all. For anything.
i love to let my mind wander and think about how much fun and how i used to let go when i used to party.. but then i think about the come down..,. the thought of sketching out makes me want to gag. so as much as i miss those times.. i don't miss feeling like a train hit me the next day.. who knows? maybe i will dose again.. i don't rule it out, but for now.. i'm happy with teh way things are
singing along "drugs drugs drugs... all are good, none are bad..... drugs drugs drugs... get some from your mom and some from your dad"
since i was rushed last time on Ambulance to the Hospital after a good joint,i don't smoke anymore... just E

I think everyone has felt the same way at one point or another...and well the first time getting high...WOW unbeleivably amazing.....
But at this point in my life I love the music so much..the ppl..the vibe....I get high just being surrounded by all of it. D49....the whole time I felt so amazing high...yet 100% sober.
Dancing makes me feel high..especailly when I am totally in a zone..such an amazing feeling. I don't regret what I have done...everything happens for a reason. Experimenting is what got me here today.
It's made me the DJ Whore I am today!!!!!!!!!!!
Right on fellas, I used to rock the gonge like everyday, never really got into much else, just fooled around w/ speed for a bit. I realized that I can't function properly by screwing w/ myself like that, so now I only drink beer. When I go to see a DJ I stay sober so I can enjoy the whole set and not miss a thing.
i mix my drugs with alcohol and i love it.
i feel so totally fucked up that up is down and left is right.

| Originally posted by MarkT yeah, that helps...I can't remember the last time I felt like a "train wreck" the next day. good diet + regular gym visits + decent sleep afterwards (+ 5htp)= no train wrecks the next day...just "subdued", lol. pure MDMA is what it's all about... much less sketch and the next day is relatively painless ![]() as for the original post..."everything in moderation"...why not give in to the craving once every couple of months. Send the kid to mom or dads for the night and go party...or stay in and have a e-love session, hahaha. Why deprive yourself? Just be very responsible about it |

MAPS has embarked on a $5 million, 5-year Clinical Plan to make MDMA into a prescription medicine for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder. The FDA has apparently approved this research. BUT what's even MORE interesting to me are their findings that previous reports grossly overestimated MDMA neurotoxicity in human recreational use. | Originally posted by Surreal JRS Insomnia! My doctor writes me Rx's for various benzodiazepines (sedatives). However they are only good for temporary alleviation of insomnia, and the rebound effects are very prevalent with this type of drug. My doctor wanted to try another route with me. One of the symptoms of serotonin deficiency syndrome is in fact insomnia. Poor diet can spell less of the essential amino acid L-Tryptophan. (It's in milk, turkey, etc). Essential amino acids are essential because the body can't create them it's self, and relys on external sources. As previously stated, L-Tryptophan is one of the essential amino-acids which in turn gets converted to 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP); 5-HTP is the direct precursor to serotonin (5-HT). And we all know serotonin plays a critical role in how we feel, and also sleep. In the United States L-Tryptophan was banned by the FDA due to a fatal contamination linked to a Japanese company manufacturing L-Tryptophan. Reportedly this Japanese company tried to speed up their production by using genetic engineering. L-Tryptophan is still legal in Canada, and for the Americans 5-HTP can still be sold in the US. L-Tryptophan is reportedly superior to 5-HTP as 5-HTP is converted to serotonin in the stomach, and this causes some gastro-intestinal upset (there are quite a few serotonin receptors in the gastro-intestinal tract) and means there is less 5-HT available where it's needed most, the brain. In order to help you with mood and insomnia L-Tryptophan must pass through the blood brain barrier where it can be decarboxylased into 5-HT. I take 4g (yes grams) of L-Tryptophan at bedtime. And with my drug plan, it's 100% covered. (You can't beat that!) So if you are having trouble sleeping and/or have mood issues, then L-Tryptophan might be right for you. It's natural (basically a supplement) and going the SSRI and/or benzodiazepine route probably creates more damage/trouble than it's worth. Oh, and be sure to take a B vitamin complex with L-Tryptophan. If you are B3 deficient the L-Tryptophan will be converted to B3 instead of 5-HT! B6 quashes a toxic metabolite of L-Tryptophan that could cause bladder cancer. And if memory serves me correctly, one of the B vitamins helps get L-Tryptophan though the blood brain barrier. |

fair enough...good point Graham.
MDMA would be the recommendation then...not e...because a lot of e is dirty
SurrJRS...I also feel the "dangers" of MDMA are exaggerated...Graham points out the REAL danger...you don't know what you're getting in a pill (without a batch being tested first).
MDMA though...there are people who have been doing it every weekend, several times per weekend, for years...MDMA has been around for a while. While studies of long-term effects aren't plentiful, if it was *that* toxic and dangerous, there would a LOT of people who were *obviously* very fucked up from doing a *lot* more than 99% of any of us have done, I'm sure.
just my opinion...not based in fact at all. I stand by my "everything in moderation" statement. I'd never do e on a weekly basis for any length of time.
