Trance market research (survey help needed) for Bonzai Music

Hello all,

I would like to ask a very simple question to the members of this forum.
I am a student in my final year of economics @ university , and for my final scription I am performing a market research for Bonzai Music/Banshee Worx.
We would like to hear the opinion of as many trance lovers as possible through the following survey:

mmm for those of you where it didnt work, try pressing submit again

I know there were some bugs in the code when certain fields werent filled in... if you have open fields, just put an x or / there or so

then it should work!

I hear that, I had ALOT to say, but the dam thing wouldn't except it all, so instead I had to submit the bare minimum.
