The secret to getting the most out of life?

What is it in your opinion?

Someone once told me that it is building repore with every person you meet. IE taking an interest in people and chatting about them, what they like, who they are, where they come from. If you can do that you have more friends, people are nicer to you and you can meet contacts here there and everywhere.

thats if you are a social person and what to do all that.



Getting teh most out of life starts with finding out what you want most out of life. Then you spend the rest of your time doing that.

The secret is what I call the spec combination. You should Speak to others to obtain more knowledge about others and about yourself. It's the only way. Plus, through speaking you obtain friends and enemies, and we all need them. You also need a Philosphy to guide you. There are individuals that put more emphasis on this one than on the first one. The third component is Entertainment. The dose differs in every individual. But everyone needs it. It would be absurd to go on in life without entertainment. Finally you have to be Caressive. i just had a conversation about this with a close friend. imo the best way to get the most out of life is to strive for greatness- strive to become the best at whatever you're good at... or to fully exploit your greatest potential.

My philosophy is simple, take absolutely nothing (or no-one) for granted & appreciate the simplest of things.

Great stuff, that's very much how I go about my day to day life.

I don't I've ever met a person that I liked that didn't like me, and I reckon it's coz I'm a happy and genuine person

I've at times considered changing how I am to please others, but then realised that if people don't like me for who I am, there's no point in bothering with those people.
