Is that from the Finland or Scandinavian area a few years ago? I remember the temperatures hit -55 Celsius there. That would be cold enough to do that kind of damage. It's at least -40 in those pics.

edit: expected max here today is 37 degrees celcius/ 98.6 fahrenheit

hmm usually ice storms like this one dont mean cold, but mild weather... this is what happens when you got too much precipitation during mild temperature weather
