Midwest TA Meet-up Date

I figured this would be a much more organized way of doing things in terms of the date rather than having to wade through everything else in the other thread.

Edit: Also, I find myself somewhat concerned at the apparent lack of Midwest enthusiasm... It would crush me to have this all organized and then just have it be 20 of us standing around watching the others spin. Not trying to throw out the negative vibes, just something to consider...

Were you still planning to put up the money for the bar if this still happens? If not enough people were to show up, I'd help pay anything lost if we still do this, which I think we should.

I'll be there no matter what, and will help put some money down in need be. I've got a bunch of buddies at purdue, so I'll convince them to come out. Plus I know a lot of people around Indy that will be interested, so I'll do my rounds promoting this. We just need to finalize the date.

I totally agree. We need to do this no matter what. No event like this is huge the first time out. Who knows, maybe if we start this one it could lead to an annual Mid-west summer festival someday. A college town is the perfect place to do it too.
