Daft Punk "Robot Rock"

I'm sorry, but this song deserves it's own thread. Fucking awesome.

If I had to descibe the sound:
Rex the Dog and Alter Ego sharing a taxi on the way to work.

Robot Rock kicks ass. Everything from that drum roll in the beginning to the robot voices infused in the track. It really brings out some of the oldschool Daft Punk "Homework" sound (I think) which I've been wanting to hear!

Have u forgot :

the prime time of your life: The first 2 minutes are what Daft punk can do best
Steam Machine: Will destroy Dance floor for a long time after some of us have stopped dancing

The rest is ... meh ! but still it's better than Discovery in my mind, but they trying too much to do good, they're abusing the same sound over and over on the album !

I have not forgotten a thing, as far as that album goes-- robot rock was the only worthy track.

Funny though, Discovery was the best for me. I' go back to it the most from any other album I have.

as someone mentioned, the first 2 minutes sound promising, but they just ruin it after that. so i don't see how I could enjoy this track unless I cut those minutes after that off myself.

this album has potential, maybe that shouldn't have rushed it in 6 months or whatever--
I speak of personal opinion here, so please don't attack me.

I think it's cool everybody has different tastes here about the album already.
