Total Body Most Improved Challenge!
Summer doth cometh and it�s time to get rid of the winter fat. Orbax and I are going toe to toe on this one, to see who can improve the most between March 1st and July 1st. We welcome anyone who has the mental fortitude to stick with this, to join in.
The point of this is not how we look now but how much better we can make ourselves look in 4 months.
For those that wish to join, find a location where the light source is constant (bathroom, garage, etc�) take several shots to give everyone a general idea of your current physique. Black and white or color, it doesn�t matter as long as you stick with the same format throughout the contest. I will be doing B&W because it focuses on what�s important to me, definition and size.
Create a collage if you can, every week Orb and I will post a new collage, with the same poses.
After the images, state your purpose in this competition. Women are *most* welcome in this as they�re the most socially affected by physical appearance (even if they say they don�t care).
For example, my goal at the end of four months will be a total weight gain of 15 � 18 pounds, more definition than I currently have, larger chest, peakier biceps, more back definition, larger legs overall and lower abdomen definition.
If this idea sounds great in theory, but you think you�ll puss out halfway through or something, then just sit back with your pint of Ben and Jerry�s and give up now.
With a good body, especially during the summer months, you are a more energetic, happier person in general; any sacrifices in diet and comfort are well worth it.
There will be two categories, most improved male and most improved female.
Don�t be a pussy, join in.
This contest starts March 1st.

The idea is really good I think, will give people the motivation to iprove their appearance and fitness. Don�t think ill be able to participate tough, don�t have any gym or something like that in the place where I live. I do abit of muscle building at home but its nothing serious.

Im sure there can be gym and home categories. Thatd be badass to see someone just doing pushups sits ups and running and getting into awesome shape and beating gym rats asses !

meh. i'm kinda tired of saying i'm going to do something and then not following through. of course my goal is to look spectacular by summer time and then stay that way, but i'll probably just keep posting monthly pics like i have been since new years heeheh...
so i guess i'll be semi entered hehehe. i'll have a march 1st and a july 1st pic hehehe...
i'm not gonna do weekly though...

i'll do it. wont post weekeld pictures because its too much hassle.
i am not posting any semi-nude pics of my torso, legs, or whatever i feel like i need to improve lol.
but ill semi-enter this and just tell you how much muscle mass i gained, or how much more tone i got.

i may be a stoner- but i do work out frequently
that is to say, when im not stoned 
so im weighin 165 right now. My goal is to gain 20 solid lbs during the next 4 months. Ive never weighed 170 for more than a week withouth losing weight again. So this is gonna be huge for me. also ive never had even a 2 pack but i want a 6 pack. also to increase upper leg size by at least 2 inches and calves by 2. A lower chest for seperation from serratus would be grand too! oh and big knotty traps....and bigger lats lol....im only really happy with my shoulders, upper chest, and arms.
so much work to do!
this might give me the motivation to stick with a workout. if anything I'd be one of the guys at home doing pushups and situps, mostly body weight stuff, maybe with the one 20lb barbell I have thrown in. :P
heh what a funnah challenge. i believe i will join as im trying to getinto better shape by WMC time...march 23rd so thats what a month just about? hmm this should be good motivation
