I've done spazzer dancing in clubs taking the piss. Girlies think it's funny as fuck sometimes. It's a way of being the funny guy without the thought.

Also I was watching this guy dancing (he'd put that guy to shame, or other other way about or whatever) taking it proper serious spinning around, in his head he was king (queen really looked a fag). So my mate started recording it on his phone, we pretended we were reading something on it, and one of the girls (3 girls + 1 guy in a group = gay guy) noticed and pulled him away. So obviously they knew he was making a mong of himself. Note he was not drunk, just trying realy really hard, and in his head he was pulling it off. Made it even better
