�32.50 is just far too much for a ticket otherwise i might have considered it just because its so close to home .. but nec was 45 i think and that had 3 arenas and a plethora of djs ..

in the wise words of the virgin mary.... fuck that!

Theres no variation of DJ's at events these days.

Nice I will be in attendance for this. Lacking a bit of Marco V but the ice arena is a good venue not as good as the NEC but still one of the better trance indoor events I've been to in the past year.

�32.50 is a bit steep but once people have paid for one event the cnuts at crasher aint gonna make it any cheaper.

It's more than boring, it's just plain shite.

Why are all you guys giving it such a slating? I was seriously thinking I would go to this one, is there something about Nottingham I should be afraid of or something? Or are you all just pissed off at Crasher because it's the big evil corporation now?

At the end of the day it's a big fuck-off mega stadium trance gig with presumably big sound and big light show and 3 or 4 of the world's best trance DJs spinning <--- yes I know we could argue about that all day but come on, the whole lot of them, even Jules, have spun some bloody good records at some stage in their careers ...

I mean, how 'boring' and 'shite' can it really be?

Crasher / Gatecrasher have been a big corporation for years, what does that have to do with anything? At the end of the day it's a shite and boring lineup because all the DJ's on it are funnily enough shite and boring. And they bring this shite and boring lineup to you at some shite and boring venue for a whopping �32.50. If your prepared to pay that though for some shite and boring overrated DJ's then go right ahead mate.

i'm thinking of making the trip up. only seen tiesto at global and would like to see him again

Anyone have the equipment to do a recording while you're there? I'm grounded in the USA...would love to have a digital copy though.

pretty much sums it up: overpriced and undervaried.
i dont think the fact its crasher has come into this at all, its just a stupidly expensive stupidly predictable big trance event, its there to leech money from a dying brand rather than be any sort of unique experience.

as far as the line up goes i'd think exactly the same even if it wasnt crasher tbh.

if i was to even consider paying out �32 for it then id rather add in another �14 and have something on the scale of the nec events with 3 arenas and a whole load of djs ..

Go to gods at the MEN in manchester. Far better line up (in my opinion) and you get 2 other arenas to. And the main arena is probably bigger, more like the NEC? ticket price is the same, and I've got a �7 quid return from london via national express, which is what it would cost me one way in a taxi to get the n/ice cos im at uni in nottingham. Last n/ice was good tho.

The Nottingham Ice Arena is a shite venue...bad acoustics and dodgy spongy floor covering the rink. Think I'll save my money for something half decent.

when Jules drops Azure - Sunset for the FOOKING 5000th time at Gatecrasher Stadium events, breaking his own record for complete acts of crap Djing...

don't say we, here at TA, didnt warn you about this event!
