Sounds good but the entire track, mmm, bit thin. Not sure how else to describe it. I'll see about doing some mastering work on it but I do like it
. Good instrument choices, jsut needs some work.
Cheers,
Zac
Hey, great track man! Here's my opinion on this.
1) at around 25 seconds mark, you have the claps playing every other beat. i would add 1 more clap (3 per measure) to make it seem more exciting.
2) the sound that enters at 1:20 mark is good.
3) I don't like the chirping sound at 1:50 mark. However, I really like that synth sound that accompany the chirping sound.
4) I don't like the bongos sound at 2:15 mark. It's not a bad sound, but sound "somewhat" weak introducing a massive theme.
Overall, very pleasing. Keep up the good work.
futurefoton929,
Good point about the claps
.

very happy melody
sounds sooo good with the armin plug in for winamp
im HOOKED on that thing
sometimes theres too much delay on that piano, the notes clash into eachother, also clap needs to be better, kick should be thicker and stronger, i love the bass notes, very old style
u got lots of good elements in here, i quite like this, very relaxing, soothing, something to clean my ears out hehe
7.954/10 on my Sunmeter

hey... this sounds really nice...
the one thing i don't really like is the bassline.... i dunno just doesn't appeal to me too much. but i like all your other elements... you use the synths nicely.. with the melodies coming in and building strongly..
another thing i didn't really like is your clap.. but thats just personal preference again..
nice work...
p.s. feel free to check out my track in this forum Hydro - Morning haze.. hehe. just wanting some feedback..

Hey Kopi!
First of all, cool track. Sounds well produced as always!
Think the clap has a bit too much reverb (or you could try making the reverb less noisy).
This is a great summer melody
.. Usually I'm not so much a fan of happy trance, but this is just great.
The saw-pad is too loud if you ask me, surpresses the arpeggiated synth. Great melody at 3:19, very dreamy. Makes me miss the summer (yes, here it's still zero degrees :| )
Super great layering! Cool piano part... getting really nice towards the end... Production, like I said, is just great, except maybe that the pad sounds a bit noisy and a bit too dominant... maybe.
Great one, keep it up!

Hey!
I love your melodies there. They are very happy and dreamy.
The piano is good but sometimes much reverb on it.
The melody that comes at 2:46 is beutiful.
Great work, keep it up
Thanks mate!!

Ah, nice track kopi- I like the summervibe feel to it- its gotta be the atb sounding bassline, props on that. The intro is a bit, not my style- but then it gets smooth- sounds like something PVD would play. The only thing i would do is work on that intro, everything else sounds great.
Hmm. Definitely a good track here. Happy but not cheese. The one real suggestion I have is the shaker in the left channel is too loud. Tone that down a bit and it'd make the track come together a bit better. As it is, it distracts from the rest of the elements.
Now you're going to get me on a rant about snare rolls. The snare roll would be better putting it under a filter and bringing it in earlier than you have it coming in. Bring the amplitude up a bit, then filtersweep up and amp sweep up at the same time. Do a bit of panning while it's happening, too. E.g. snare roll comes in on the left ear filtered pretty heavily. As it moves to the right ear, it gets louder and the filter cutoff raises a bit. And so on and so forth.
Great track here, though. Reminds me of a summer evening spent watching the sunset and being with friends.
Hey there,
Nice track. Kick feels very nice and the highhats strand out from the mix very well (something I always have trouble with)
The clap or snare seems a bit too loud perhaps and somewhat grainy like the sample quality is too low.
Very uplifting and energetic track. Has a distinct feel to it. Like others have said... very summery feel to it.
The melody could do with more work though. Its good but doesnt quite get me there... =)
Theres this really cool synth at 5.48 which I think could do some serious damage if placed earlier on in the track, but thats just my personal preference.

Musically (Melody wise) this track is fine, great stuff!
However the tune lacks depth, it needs a bit more power! stronger kick, maybe knock the clap a bit down in eq so it sits more in the background of the sound spectrum (it seems to be hitting my ears more than it should).
I think what would make this sound better is a stronger element of bass on the kick drum and bass line, it just all sounds a bit too reverby!
Good work though..
Hi.
Ok pretty standard hat from the beginning. Need more dynamic percussion line!
Bass is short and has a nice character, but it lacks power so you really need another bass layer here and give this more color.
Synth coming at first is a bit flat like this, without backup.
Nice pads in the break. Clap is very standard and the percs really need attention. Pretty happy tune, I like the melody. Synths are a big muddy pool, no room for each other so they drown. Give every sound his own room in the frequency, and give the lead synth the most power cause there's need for a lead here (there's none atm for my feeling)
Nice piano, touchy.
Overall nice to see that you've put some work in this. Give some attention to the percussion, the mixdown/eq and the bass.
