I can't find any samples for the Gaia tune using google

Nevertheless, the Streets With No Name Remix is massive....if only they could release it

I've heard that one, and i'm pretty sure it's a different track to the Nu Nrg Remix.

Nu NRG one is great wish PvD wasn't such a lamer about letting Nu-NRG release there stuff.

Wow! I had no idea that Brian Eno produced Where The Streets have no name.

Thanks for the links Sandstorm.

I think it has more to do with U2 sueing the shit out of NU NRG.

There are laws and it's a direct copy of their melody basically and U2 is like LUCAS FILMS, SO TIGHT about any kind of remixes or music released. no joke.

That's probably the Johnny Vicious Mix which was made in 1999. Pretty decent version IMO.

u2 is usually pretty damn strict about it though.

Yep...produced the entire Joshua Tree (the album Streets is in), as well as Achtung Baby, The Unforgettable Fire, Zooropa and All that you can't leave behind.

Brian Eno is one of the top 5 people U2 have to give thanks for their amazing success.

Daniele Davoli Remix is amazing

Posted by LucasYork on Mar-03-2005 23:32:

TRUE..

Nu NRG seem to play alot of their own stuff, therefore I wouldn't be surprised, if they don't want to release it, therefore they can thrash it for a few years...

smart thinking as these day's you need your own edge and it's a bonus to have exclusive tracks before anyone else has them, but then you got guy's who do high quality radio rips and actual djs who will polish up radio rips n mix them!!

lol
