Ayu - Appears (Armin van Buuren Mixes) 12" NOW AVAILABLE! (DRIZZLY)

Hey guys,

FANTASTIC news, both mixes by Armin van Buuren of Ayumi Hamasaki - Appears are FINALLY released, out on Drizzly next week, the vinyl features the Sunset Dub Mix from the rather famous 'M EP' as well as a Rising Star Vocal Mix.

The next release on Drizzly will be "Unite!" with both Airwave Mixes being featured.

Fan fucking tastic news I'm sure you guys agree.

MOTHERFUCKING FINALLY, i have been waiting for this since AGES, i guess bitching at the guys at drizzly worked, because i sent them a mial asking if they could release the armin remixes after the releases of m, and they released naturally first but yes, finally

what the fuck dude? the rising star vocal mix NEVER got a vinyl release, it just appeared on the Ayu Trance CD's, and the sunset dub mix was really rare, its good that its been finally released, Drizzly have a deal with Avex where they release trance mixes of Ayumi Hamasaki stuff in Germany and Europe to try and boost her profile.

I would guess there is a 2nd disc to be released as well, someone mentioned a Kyau vs. Albert Mix so it must feature on the 2nd disc...

well, I honestly thought that the Ayu and Drizzly collaboration stopped but clearly not the case after finding this out today, I sold my M EP on Ebay for £46 a couple of weeks back, feel kinda bad now but :/

Arturo, this is I think the vocal mix that appears (pardon the pun) on the Ayu Trance 1 CD...

Oh yeah, a Maxi CD is due for release in April 2005, the 2nd disc featuring remixes will be due in the first week of April.

i disagree george, i have been fucking waiting for the armin vocal mix to be released. and now that unite! will be released maybe moogwai vocal mix will be released and who knows. maybe drizzly will release the dumonde mixes of trauma after that.

Yea & I think thats a sad thing mate.....the fun of vinyl buying for me, is finding those sought after little gems.

Fair enough this full vocal mix never saw a vinyl press as far as I know...but the dub did & so did the Trauma mixes.

Mmm.. wouldn't mind getting the Armin mixes on CD.

ok, dumonde mixes, 25 selfpressed copies, dumonde has 5 of them. 20 of them are in hands of lucky persons. once of those 20 goes on ebay like once a years and then goes over 100�, are you saying this is fair? fucking 100�, i would NEVER spend 100quid over a piece of wax, i don't care how good the track is, 100� is obscene

It is crazy....but that's not dumonde ripping you off, nor is it avex.

I just think sometimes things like these are spoilt by labels buying rights and releasing sought after records....it's all in the chase mate.

actually i do blame avex. those a&r's that's in charge over avex's trance department knows of the demands but they refused releasing any of the other mixes. george, here is a small list of still to date not released remixes, and bear in mind this list is not even done, it is not known of how many of the dub+instrumental versions of the remixes on the original japanese cdm's that hasn't been released

Yup, they asked the label if they could release the mix and they gave permission for indeed 25 white labels. But no full release, they have stated that that is also not gonna happen in the future.

Funny thing is, I even heared one getting selled for more over 500 dollars.
