Scary Stories

What's your favourite scary story? I just read that 'afraid of the dark' thread, and I got to thinking. Not about much, really. Just wondering where fear roots from. What part of your brain generates the fear instinct? I dunno, since I am not a psychologist or any other sort of qualified medical technician.

So yeah, what is your favourite scary story?

I heartily endorse looking up the track External by Zekt on Audiogalaxy, has a nice acid techno-y sound to it.

Not that it's scary.. but for the sake of the thread, I'll say it is.

everyones to worry about Nukes theres such thing as nuclear fallout, and judging where the major cities in america are the eastern seaboard, and B.S.Es from Ontario right? if he his from there he should worry cos its not as if he's in Alaska or the far north of canada like, chenobyl which is the Ulkraine me thinks, for an example they reckon after the disaster there the nuclear fallout from that caused acid rain in Scandinavia. anyway if he nuckes britian that fucking sucks couldn't we just remove the Royal family to some Island in the Pacific and just ask him if hes going to nuke anyone nuke them, bomb them pompus ******s. anyways nukes are fucking bad and b.s.e made a good point like I'm sure if a bomb did drop on the US eastern seaboard their will be a lot shit spreading to canada and I'm sure they don't want to have mutilated newborn kids.

I saw Thirteen Ghosts and i didn't think it was scary at all... there's one sick part, but i'd just wait till it comes out of the theatres to watch it.
