Just saw that mars bar commerciall and they played new order blue monday in it

i was like

just wanted to share.. anyone else seen this comercial?

Sure it does. But who here listens to crappy radio anymore (especially not when they mix with pop tunes)
Besides....once it makes it to a tv commercial it's like a new realm of acceptance (or tolerance for those old fogies) to EDM.

Saw the commercial last week....moment it came on I cranked the surround speakers...totally pissed the neighbours hehehehehe.... the devil made me do it

all im saying is that new order - blue monday is an 80s classic that every tom dick and harry that even if he doesnt listen to music know sof that tune....

That's all fine and good...but there are still a lot of ppl that don't know it and some old fogies still think it's noise

Now going back a bit....even when it was released in 1983...it didn't even make it into the Toronto dance scene until much later

I think we should just rejoice anytime a commercial plays EDM in the background. It means we are getting closer to ppl finally accepting our music

A buncha us were chillin in the break room at work when it came on the TV. We all stopped what we were doin and marveled at it.

GREAT song by the way.

Always been a fan of New Order. (even though I was like 6 when they were in their prime)
