Dumonde

Just wanted to get your thoughts on them as producers/remixers/dj's as a whole?

somehow i just recently started listening to some of their stuff and i really enjoy a lot of their productions

god music is good. i also like kalt and see the light

Typical trance. Nothing special.

they've made dozens of amazine productions.. their newer stuff isnt really impressing me though for some reason.. the latest ive really enjoyed was god music i think

can't forget angelic - can't keep me silent (dumonde remix) i remember that track blaring out of the windows of karims dodge in ottawa.... choon

the latest stuff they have been producing with dave 202 has been pretty killer as well

DuMonde is great! I love their style!
They've made some quality hardtrance! Like 'Can u dig it' (as JamX & DeLeon, 'No time, no space' (as No Faces) and their newest together with Judge Jules 'What's in your head'. They simply rock.

These ones are exceptionally good:

DeLeon - Fate

But their remix of 'Universal Nation' from Push is really bad, as well as 'God Music' (I just don't like the song).... But overall they're my favourites!

I liked them around the 99/2000 period with their remixes of Tin Tin Out - Trance With Me, Helioptropic - Alive and CRW - I Feel Love. Don't like them at all nowadays however.

i liked their remix of CRW - I Feel Love and Binary Finary - 2000 back in the days. But then they started to feel way too repetetive. Used exactly the same formula in every damn production and remix.

I have to agree that they were a LOT better in the old days, god sakes Dominik and Jurgen, RELEASE TRAUMA ON VINYL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think their best remix was the one of lange's follow me.
they had some other nice ones as well, always with their trademark sound though.

too bad when they tried to change their sound, it went straight to hell. cheesy melodies and german vocals

But they can't, the Japanese recordlabel from Ayumi won't give them permission for a full release. I'm afraid we have to do with the 20 white labels spread around this world which occassionally pop up at ebay to get sold for ridiculous prices.


I think 'Kalt' is a quality tune!
But 'Ich will Raus/ Let me out' is pretty much below average....

'Cheese' - the term used by people with nothing else to think of saying.
