Jester Fancy a turban?

Here's another one for the record books...

Girls with large or exceptionally large breasts complain about how annoying they can be or the back problems they cause, which is often the case and very true

now can u imagine how much worse thats gotta be to have that kinda wait stuck on the top of ur head instead of in ur boobs on ur chest! 70 lbs. is ALOT

i gotta think that that much weight on ur head would be even harder on ur neck than that much wait on chest woudl be on ur back. and looking past the "neck cramp" issue, thats gotta restrict your head movement (or at least cause u to be more delibert and cautious when moving, turning, etc. your head)

but ive never worn one, so maybe you just get used to it and its really not a big deal at all...

ps. anyone know how much teh wieght of hte avg. turban is ? how much heavier is this one to the average one

damn how do you walk into a room, or under a tree branch, or a flying aircraft?

Posted by dallastar on Mar-08-2005 00:09:

well I must agree

hmmmmm.........Big breasts on a woman would NEVER amount to 70 pounds - just to let you know!! At most 15 pounds. Beleive me, I KNOW!!!

Also if you have huge breasts, that make you uncomfortable there is a way for Ontario's Health Care system to pay for an breast reduction.
so women don't have to live in PAIN!

I would guess that a normal Turban's weight woudln't amount to more then 5 pounds. This is a giant sized Turban shown, I think for a laugh! But I am not certain on the normal weight of a Turban, a) i don't really care and B) I am not apart of the Mahommedan race...

the weight of a turban - google it!
This is what I found when I googled it!!!

quote:
ARTICLE FOUND ON TURBANS
TURBAN, the name of a particular form of head-dress worn by men of Mahommedan races. The earlier forms of the word in English are turbant, turband, and tolibanl or lulipant, the latter showing that variant of the original which survives in the name of the flower, the tulip. All these forms represent the French adaptation of the Turkish tulbend, a vulgarism for dulbend, from Persian didband, a sash or scarf wound round the head. The Moslem turban is essentially a scarf of silk, fine linen, cotton or other material folded round the head, sometimes, as in Egypt, round the tarbush or close-fitting felt cap; sometimes, as in Afghanistan, round a conical cap; or, as among certain races in India, round the skull-cap or kuttah. Races, professions, degrees of rank, and the like vary in the style of turban worn; distinctions being made in size, methods of folding, and color and the like (see INDIA: Costume). At the end of the 18th and beginning of the igth century, a species of headdress somewhat resembling the true turban in outward form was worn by ladies of western nations, chiefly for use indoors.

its bad that i cant really picture how tall that is in metres, but if u convert it to feet, i have a MUCH clearer idea

Same w/ height, i know we use the metric system over here, but still... i NEVER EVER think of myself in terms of cms or metres... When an aussie chick friend of mine told me how tall she was in cms (160 i beleive) i was like WTF... u honestly think of urself in those measurements. i was lost. it flabergasted me! LOL

i cant even begin to imagine the heights of ppl using metres. im all about the feet and inches baby

strange how i dont identify w/ that naturally since its our offical unit of measure!

Interesting note: weather tempure outside, i of course think of it in terms of degrees C only (if u told me a degrees F temp id natural try to figure out the degrees C conversion of it)... YET... when i think of temperaure of water, i think in degrees F...

so if u told me a pool was 20oC.. id unconciously in my head try to figure out whut that is converted into terms of degrees F and only then id understand how warm or cool the pool was!
