Sentient Species Rights?

Most everyone will agree that there is value in having animal rights, and humans rights.

Is the next logical step of the evolution of rights not the concept of "Sentient Species Rights"?

What rights do we have with respect to the divine? In effect, should we unionize and demand better living conditions?
