Night To Remember? Take A chance? Need help!

Hello! I am in Iraq, and I bought a Haji tape with assorted music on it for playing in our vehicle when on missions. There's this dance song (sounds like Euro-dance stuff.. maybe mid-90s) with a male and a female vocalist. Sounds like British/Jamaican dude.. weird accent.

The chorus going *something like this*

Take a chance, take a chance, it could end up in romance.. blah blah blah, take a chance, take a chance.. blah blah, a night to remember.

The key words here are "night to remember" and "Take a chance." I know I'm giving you little go by, but I'm just dying to figure out what song this is. IS this enough info?
