Siblings?

was having a discussion over dinner the other week about whether or not you look like your sibling, all my friends seem to have some kind of resemblance to their's. I dont think i look anything like my brother which leads me down the path of which one was adopted or whether or not we have the same father

So do you look like your sibling?
