ID Oakenfold Shanghai

Did anyone ever ID the track from Oakey's shanghai mix, it's just before the middle of the set, and has some echoey vocals of a guy saying:

"If you drop a stone into a pond, the the ripples begin to move, and they spread over the whole pond..."

Something along those lines; that isn't verbatim.

I'm really hoping someone has id'd it
