Ouiji Board??? Real ???
Ok, I'm kinda skeptical bout this. I played this thing today and been playing it for about 2 days already and about to stop. And what I'm about to say isnt false:
1) We (Me and My friend) asked it too knock over a hat off the shelf, and sure enough, no less than a minute passed, the hat somehow was pushed off. K, so that kind of freaked me out.
2) The first day we asked this 9 year old boy from 1828 where he was and he said next to the dog; the dog was barking after that question was asked and it was lookin into the air.
3) That same day we asked another spirit to give us a location (where it was) and it spelled out CAT, then we turned to see if there was a feline anywhere, and guess what, we saw a grey tabby cat, and oddly enough one of my cats :|....
I dunno guys, I'm quitting this game already; 2 days, and too much things have happened. Anyways thanks for reading, maybe share some expierences?

well, i'm not all into this, first time we ever played, we asked some other stupid questions, but like my people say: u ask stupid questions, u get stupid answers.

i wouldnt say bogus. ive fucked withouija boards too many times in my life. i think its the subconcious mind but still its freaky shit. me and a friend once got in contact with this girls father who was with us, we didnt know the girl too well but yet we were able to spell out all her fam's names including her dogs and were abole to tell her stories of special times with her father. she ran away crying calling us sick fucks. and yet we honestly had no clue that this shit ever happened. we just had our hand on the indicator reading the words that came out

far from bogus i'm afraid, we were planning on recording it, cause my friends father said when he was playing few years ago, someone was recording--played back the tape, and a shadow was hovering the group playing.
Unfortunatly, our "session" wasn't recorded.

I stand my ground. You see/hear/feel/etc. what you wish. The mind is powerful. A board is just a board.

seeing a hat being blown off the shelf a few moments (and adding; physically picking it up from the ground) right after the question was asked?.... too big to be a coicidence (sp?), and in a room with no breeze @ all... i mean yeah, sounds like something out of a movie, but something went on that day.

exactl but its quite the tool. i could stay up forever telling u different stories but would never believe them. just try it out yourself.
and if u do try it out try it out more then once. cause u got to learn to just let it move by itself. just phaze out have trust in ur partner and let the indicator move by itself

I tried it once about five years ago. Had quite a laugh. Nothing happened.
If you say experience is necessary, than how come R.j. is already seeing stuff? I say it all, or most of it, depends on how weak the mind is. The mind.

yeah, I actually can explain why. First of all, I'm a honest person towards my parents. So, of course I told them I was going out to my friends out to go play with that thing. And then the big lecture came: (My dad has had his expierence with the Ouiji) First he said, no matter what the spirit says (if it's good or bad) it's always a mischevious(sp?) demon, wanting in , in our world. After that, he told me abunch of other stuff (too make a long story short, I'll just go on). Anyhow, he told me things that stuck to my head, (so yeah, I was also thinkin "great, setting myself up to get freaked out). Let's not forget Me and my friend are only 16, playing just byourselves in a dark room with candles formed in a cirlce (around us).... I guess you can say we got all into it. I'm hoping you get where i'm going. One last thing, (dont know if it matters or not) I have no religious background at all. Ive never been baptized, I do believe in god, but i have no knowledge of prayers, church, etc. So I was guessing I'm pretty fucked there.

Check the amatures producers forum in the near future, i'll be posting a lot of tracks in one thread. (oh and go give me some feedback on my scarface theme remix :P ... got a few good comments but i need more
Anywho, might be on the 2nd page or on the last few threads from the first page)

If I read your entry correctly you just tried to prove my point. Thanks. Honesty has nothing to do with weakness. It seems to me like there was a lot of hype and expectation before the event started. Come on, even your dad gave you some info. I assume religion has nothing to do here. But I wouldn't know.

Yea, actually giving your theory some truce, yet some doubt at the same time. However, I'll beleive wat I want (even though I don't want to) and You believe what ya want.

going to sound kind of corny but:
I believe that there was something/someone/watever in that room besides
us (both days that is). At first, nothing happens. ZIP. *actually getting the creeps typing this* But as you keep on trying, following the rules, regulations (sounds like some game, but in reality it is), you can actually feel some unseen force moving the planchette (sp?). I even asked my friend (who never swears) to swear on his mother's grave that he did not move it while we were playing, or that he didnt rig any parts of his room (even though he had no knowledge that I was going to ask that question (about the hat), but still from where it was (against the wall, on the shelf) it was plainly pushed off-so no way someone could have). I'm going to stop with it from now on. Honeslty, I'm FREAKED OUT right now, so I'm going to take some sleeping pills right now.
In short, I believe it works, and that you will get in trouble with it.

It looks like this:
and you are supposed to be able to contact the dead with it.
Whoever is involved puts their hands on a 'pointer' and it points at letters and such to communicate with you.
erhm...see ierxium's link

Then it is safe to say that the board and its spirits don't like me.

The one I used, was passed down in my friends family (pretty weird family huh?), however, they keep it in the basement-locked up in a trunk. Secondly, the one we used was not designed like that; it's was homemade (supposably by witches). It was given to a family member as a gift (Which also supposably-if given as a gift, it's more powerful). It's a lil thick, not really, but it has weird symbols going around the sides of the whole board. (don't know if you get me).
