I played the coolest gig tonight

I just got home from a gig that I'll probably remember forever.

About 1 hour before showtime, I got a call asking to play for the very last night of the Blackcomb Superpipe. They had a massive halfpipe competition, tons of people there and it was all under the nighttime lights.

They had me placed right at the bottom of the halfpipe looking straight up the center, with all the speakers aimed upwards. It was fucking coooooool! I'll try and get some pictures up here tomorrow for everyone.

At one point I when I was mixing out, I backspun a record and as I was looking up, this skier was about 5 feet out of the pipe and he crashed hard!
