What's your favorite target muscle group when u workout?
I love working out my back and legs. What about you guys?
well I run 3-4 miles a day, so that's my workout for my legs, I get paid to haul around heavy boxes and stuff for the brick, so I get paid to workout my arms, which have become quite big..I ain't complaining.

Legs are my new favorite. Ive always loved running and now I find something I can get direct life altering results from PLUS the pump PLUS rush....soo cooo

well when i used to have time to go to the gym every night, i loved doing back. but now im too busy and i dont make time in the mornings to work out like i should...not a morning person.
Chest and biceps. 
I love all upper body. Especially arms and shoulders.
triceps and chest are my favorites..
my least fav is my shoulders due to injuries...
Legs for sure.
Middle leg
this question is so revealing hahaha...

shoulders 100 % for me..
.. and lower chest.. when i find a gym with a decline bench i feel like a little kid in a candy store
am i wierd?
