Software editing

is there any software out there to make a recorded mix the same volume all the way thru? the reason i ask is cause i just made one where the entire set is the same vol. except for the last 1 track where something weird happened. its one of those mixes nothing you can do will duplicate its magic, so help would be appreciated.

you can import the mix into a wave editing program called Audacity and increase the volume of the part that's off.
