Hey guys!

I'm trying to track down the name of a song that has a video that involves :

(was released in 1994)
(kinda sounds like Delerium - Twilight)

changing scenary, slow trance feel, kids jumping into water in an ancient indian city, guy holding up his hands in the air infront on top of a NYC building, girl standing next to a russian rocket and pointing up, involves a mother holding her baby at the beginning of the song, shows a group of africans trying to pull on a rope to move a giant tanker ship onto the beach)

although this description is kind of vague, it's the best i can come up with.
