How to use a cue sheet?

I use CD wave Editor to split up my large music sets. Rather than listening to the whole set and dividing up the sets manually, i would like to just load a cue list. How do i save the cue files i see here on TA to .cue so i can load them into CD Wave Editor?

use cdrwin to burn your cd!
