Way's to make money on EBAY?

So I was wondering what techniques and methods some of you Ebayers have to make some cash on this internet market....

So far I have come across Buying/re-selling Game Console bundles and individual games... buying random things at the store and relisting for a greater price..

Anyone have some other ideas they care to share?

get ur friends to bid for ur things, makes the price go up, altho make sure ur items are being watched, otherwise u might get stuck with it, if one of ur friends wins the auction
