Ultra 8 & beyond

Seeing the lineup for this year (and every year for that matter) just makes me mad that I can't go see all the DJs and hear them perform a proper set. Take a cue from Coachella...

I propose Ultra be expanded to 2 days for all future events. TOO much talent to try and condense into 1 day. Everybody wins...the promoters, the DJs, and we the people. And always on a weekend AFTER the WMC.

THIS would make Ultra SICK!!

The rental for the place is like 214,000 4 the hrs rented... it would b double that and perhaps more expensive ?!?!.. anyhow.. Ultra is expanding, they are planning an event on NYC, and party's in clubs around the world/tours.

They make more than ten times $200,000 on ticket sales alone, not including drink, food, and merchandise sales. They could double that profit by going two days. I would support this.

they should make it like bonnaroo or those other 'hippie' festivals. however, since the stereotypes for electronic music are so strong, this will never happen. even though those 'hippie fests' make ultra look like a little kids playground with the drugs that are around at them.

Here is some Math -

50,000 people times $60.00 (give or take, depending on which amount you spent) = $3,000,000. Also this is not including some of the VIP prices at $220.00.

Then you include all the drinks, beer, food, novelties, etc... = Millions$$$.

Just an observation....

agreed, i dont see how they could lose. 2 days of ultra would be great. and they could probably get the park a little cheaper if they got it for two days instead of one i would think.
