Pictures: my trip to Syria, Beyrouth and Amsterdam

Finally they're up.

Every picture is there, almost 2000 of them.

I didn't bother taking out the bad ones and good ones because thats too much work.

P.S. for some reason almost every pic of me was taken whit my aria tshirt... it looks as if I wore the same thing during the whole damn trip ahhahaahah

So enjoy them: http://malek.edmm.ca/

Amsterdam rocked but was only there for like 12-14 hrs though. I wanna go back and visit some more.

I love the train from the airport right into amsterdam pretty much. Really nice smooth ride. It's interesting the new trains here in Montreal are similar to them. Guess their built by Bombardier.

Nice pics.

Jesse remembers being woken up by me at 3 AM in Amsterdam. Greatest KFC in the world, man. I'd go back to Amsterdam for about three days - anytime after three days I'd be worried about ODing... :P

Malek, isn't that Ma3loula? I remember going there a couple of years ago. Really really too bad they don't protect these sites better than they do. For those who don't know, legend has it that Ma3loula, a devout Christian girl who was persecuted by the Romans (?) at the time, escaped them when God literally split the moutain in two, creating a path for her to escape through. That's what you see in the picture. Legend aside, that place is an absolute gem when it comes to culture and history, as they still speak Aramaic there and have some of the oldest churches in the world (150 A.D.) I still remember attending mass there given entirely in Aramaic, and buying a rendition of the mass on cassette. They need to protect these sites dammit, especially from all this graffiti bullshit
