just wanted to know some really good places to shop for clothes in sobe.

I don't recall any specific names but if you walk up Collins or Washington Ave you'll find numerous clothing stores.

There are so many great boutiques down there along Collins, Ocean, Washington & Lincoln Road. A lot of them are pretty expensive but I've found some great deals in some of them. There are also more affordable stores too though.
