Smiley DJ sounds like fun

I'm looking foreword to the 31st.. I haven't seen any great DJ's since New Years in NY. How much is the afterparty ? Sounds like it's gonna be a great night.

I have been there for a few shows, sasha, tiesto, ferry, and KT opened for atleast 2 of those i think. It was always a good time, the dj booth used to be way above the floor, but it's been moved now so i don't know how it looks, but it is closer to the floor so it can't be too bad. They have a decent sound system, and a nice facility, could be a bit bigger but it's probably the best in the area so whatever. I just bought 5 tix on groovetickets.com hope to see you all there!

I'll be there, I'll see you all there, you'll see me there..but in all likelihood won't recognize each other...

Would be awesome to come but I don't know if I want to spend all the money for gas and a hotel room WHILE missing class on Friday.

Only one day! Hell, if I'm not too wiped, I might just catch DJ Sammy (opening by Aus-10) here in Columbus the next night.

i think they discourage "rave toys" at blue if i remember correctly, anyone know for sure? I know some other clubs that the bouncers take lights if they see them.

i'll be the one with the shirt in my avatar

that kinda sux , but o well.... I guess clubs could consider them somewhat a nuisance. I guess i'll have to wait and see. Do they allow camera's by chance? I know when I was in New York they would allow digital camera's but not disposable's. I really don't want to risk bringing a digital camera...

Posted by Atari Addict on Mar-23-2005 18:07:

Pretty sure they allow cameras atleast i remember seeing a bunch there every time i've gone.

Posted by Tuis on Mar-23-2005 20:21:

Well, lights on strings I can agree with...no club wants to risk a lawsuit because someone got slapped in the eye by an errant glowstick on a string.

Cameras...never seen them *not* allowed. And if they're not, I haven't seen anyone caring

Posted by Atari Addict on Mar-30-2005 07:24:

only 2 days

Posted by Tuis on Mar-30-2005 21:16:

BTW, when you say afterparty 3 minutes away...walking or driving?
