Armin publicity stunt?

it just hit me...

him being left off the list actually
will generate more pub for him then if
here were ranked normally

this could all be nothing but a publicity
stunt, and a damn good one I might add...

either way, we're talking about him...

you're more cynical than me - but it probably is a publicity stunt - i always thought armin and armada were some sly dogs

he clearly only cares about #1 - all of his actions regarding his radio show and other management issues clearly reflect a desire to be #1 and to push other dj's out of the way - he wants #1 for the $$$ - so that he can command more money for each dj gig.

the fact that armin felt the need to respond to the rumors demonstrates that he cares about the polls out there.

Yeah, it's just plain shit really and intended for radio play. The melody is a rip off of 4 other tracks that I can think of.

Even though we all hate the DJ polls, we all know which poll is the real one, the DJ MAG's, I haven't seen one person who gives a shit about BPM's list.
And lastly, what if it's the other way around, that Armin would've been number 1, but whoever entered the fake votes, couldn't see Armin be #1
And what kind of Mickey Mouse vote is BPM doing, when they don't take time to properly check votes, and reserve/take time to announce winners, instead they 'disqualify' a person and rush to post the list anyway simply because it's easier that way?!

Anyways in this case it does nothing for armin either way. DJ mag doesnt have much pull or effect to change much at all...
