Gouryella - Tenshi (Transa Remix)
Was going through my cd singles & found this beauty again, can't believe how even now it still totally blows my head off
Shame really that when they returned that Transa never really hit the heights of stuff like this
[n00b]Never heard it[/n00b]

I also prefer the original, and I also have the vinyl featuring the Tenshi remix, still in shrink wrap. Anyone want to buy it?
www.4djsonly.com still has it in stock.
Quality tune still, though my musical preferences have shifted a bit since..

Transa used to be awesome, Supernova was one of my fave tracks of theres too.
yes! this is one of the best remixes of anything ever i reckon..
no disrespect to the original, which is obviously an awesome tune aswell... but Transa did such a good job of remixing this, putting in a killer RIFF that just blows me away!
memories of armin playing this the first time i ever saw him play... along with System F - Exhale and VDM - Green Heaven.. what a set..
TENSHI Transa remix! A classic, and still great! Still a joy to hear it! I like it more than the original.

Much better than the original which I was never that huge a fan of. I also like the Roland Klinkenberg Remix which also appears on the UK CD Single I own along with the Transa Remix.
I also think this outdoes the original, although I think the Tenshi original is the weakest of the (first three) Gouryella tunes. Transa had a good thing going on around 2000, very tight production and a creative rework akin to their Sparkles mix. ![]()
Love this track. It pisses all over the original.
iv tried emailing transa about their label, productions, life in general, and have yet to get a reply...where oh where did you guys go?
my fav's of all time...Behind the Sun got me into trance
i cant say its better than the original but as good.
was this first or transa's mix of sparkles first ? both class.

| Originally posted by jcosgrove yeah sparkles is a year or so older than tenshi, i think tenshi was released at the end of 2000 maybe. |

| Originally posted by Ian^ that's my thinking yeah, with sparkles I know it was on some mid-late 99 compilations etc. As for what Transa are doing now, well i was in touch with them in 2002/03 and they had a bit of a comeback, opened a label, i reviewed a couple of tracks off it for them then they disappeared again, maybe drunk like most scotsmen! |
