nice job mate!

what an atmosphere i love this track it has so much amazing feelings, everythink is just beatiful good luck with it, btw do you use vsts??

Great song - I love your uplifting style of trance.

Posted by alexpea on Mar-22-2005 19:13:

First of all, really cool name for a track

Oh, your sound has improved! Very clear and loud - that's good, Pete!
I love that pluck-sound-melody-thingie!!! The break sure is nice! At 1.30 I miss a melody to arrive. The background-melodies and pads and FXs are totally awsome!!! Hmm... I think this has potential to be an incredible trancer! But a mainmelody has to be introduced in the break. Instead of a mainmelody, you could try to get vocals on it That would be even better! Pete, this is the absolut best track I've heard from you. I dig your new sound

Amazing great new tune !!!!

Excellent job mate !!!

PROUD TO WORK WITH YOU !!!

dude nice atmosphere/synths... the volume on string can be reduced a little

and is it me, or is there ABSOLUTELY no bass in this song? bring those levels up, i'm barely getting subbass from thsi track.

Posted by M1cro5lave on Mar-22-2005 21:54:

Wow, this is such a great tune. In my opinion it's a big improvement from your previous ones.

The melody is more clear, and as always, amazing atmosphere.

Your best so far.

Posted by Arctic Breeze on Mar-22-2005 22:02:

I feel it lacks a little depth in the bass. Pump it up a few notches. Atmosphere is awesome, but try to make the melody a brighter.
Really good stuff there pal!

You're actually right I noticed that when you mentioned it. Pete, if you're using delay on your bass, it will get less powerful.

Posted by Mycron on Mar-22-2005 22:07:

i don't agree that, absolutely no bass in the track, i agree, though that i need to tweak the bass a bit more, but it shouldn't be a problem, i guess. i thought its fine because i listened to the track on headphones, and it sounded allright. don't worry about it, i will fix it, guys!

thanks for all the comments, really much appreciated

cheers,

Peter

Yeah, you have bass in the track. Though it's not powerful enough. I think you maybe need to add a low pad or something to thicken up the frequenzies down there. But try to master the track by raising the low-frequenzies in Soundforge or something. (With Equalizer) Though I think this can ruin your kick Because THAT is powerful enough!

I simply love this track, Pete. Totally amazed by your new sound

good work peter
very nice, sounds pro!

melody is really good, synthwork is excellent, acid is great too

however the beats/percs + bass are awful compared to the synths. if you sort them this is a definate winner mate

Your best track so far Peter, the clear and crispy sound in this track is far better then your other ones imo. I always love your FX and pads..those are your absolute strengths..you are my fav fx/pad guy! This are one of those things that really makes your track s awesome. Maybe you have a little to go on the melodyside..sometimes your tracks lack some very nice maintheme/mainpoints..but thats just my opinion. Otherwise I love the kick and percs, claps and so forth on this track. Breaks and so forth are in place too wich makes this track less boring, as with the effects too. The breakdwon and buildup is quite nice, but imo you could have introduced something more interessting to the breakdown..something more original..a more original melody. I DO like it though, but a melody wich I can memorize and remember..then this track would be a nr. 1 for sure! This track is SUPERB! Add another melody on top and it will be even greater! You know f.ex. a melody like the ones in Envio - Time To Say Goodbye.

EDIT: The bassline i great, you just need to raise the volume a bit imo.

I'm 100 % sure you will reach far Peter! You're so addicted, and I admire you for that!

Hey Pete,

There's a nice positive vibe to this tune - full of good feelings!

I think, as mentioned, the bass needs some added fatness to it.

Other than that, you've got a solid tune! You seem to be a production machine these days...

keep it up buddy,
Trev

Read This!

Hey man!

-Its lacking in sub bass! That might be the bit rate of the sample though!
-Like the acid alot!
-The percussion seems to be very distant from the rest of the track
-I also think the bassdrum is too "ommmpf" for the type of tune it is...

Like the melodys and ideas in it but mastering needs a lot fo work on still

Nice track you have here m8. I would suggest working on the kick more, make it more powerful. What synth did you use to create the scratchy bass sound? The bass just needs some proper eqing...with that this would be a lot better.

Keep up the nice work,

-Manvel

Well, first one i've heard from you, not been that long here. Beatiful track, really love the melodies and sounds are great. We sure have the same taste i can hear. Overall it lacks bass, but you know that allready. My only other complaint is that you give too much away right before the break, you could get a better contrast if you minimalise some more imo. Overall this is very good stuf, i will keep an eye on you

hey pete,

this sounds wonderful! lovely melodies and really nice sounds you used here. although it has your usual problem with the bass (well all the tracks ive heard from you seem to have the same problem). i can hear it, but it should be a lot more prominent. it lacks power.
but besides this its amazing!

great job mate,

john
