Twisted Productions is proud to welcome back...

WHEN: Friday, May 20th, 2005 (VICTORIA DAY LONG WEEKEND!)
WHERE: PLUSH Nightclub @ The Plaza of Nations
-- 19+ (two pieces of ID required)

(Official flyer pending...)

PLAYING A 4 HOUR SET:

ARMIN VAN BUUREN, NL - www.arminvanbuuren.com

Do I need to even write anything here? Armin is a party-rocker... plain and simple. Last time we brought him to PLUSH, the event sold completely out. Currently ranked #3 in the world, Armin truly is world-class talent and he has proven this to us time and time again. Not only that, but he is a worldwide resident for Godskitchen touring all over North America, Europe and abroad playing the music we all love. With a new album out sometime this year, you can only imagine what he will have in his arsenal this time around!

TICKET PRICING AND LOCATIONS:

Tickets for this one will be starting at $40.
We understand and appreciate that this isn't cheap. The reality is that Armin has placed #3 in the world 2 years in a row below that of Tiesto and PvD. Having said that, with his increasing popularity, his cost goes up. This is why this time around, we've asked Armin to play a minimum of 4 hours so that you can get the most value and hear the most world class music that can be crammed into one memorable night!

Locations will include:
- Online a www.clubzone.com/twisted
- Boomtown, On Deck, Beat Street, Replay, Laramy in Metrotown

I will post the official event flyer along with the locked down ticket pricing and availability as the date draws closer!

Tickets will $40 which is expensive but its AVB and its a four hour set which is really good. Getting the big dj's to vancouver is difficult enough as it is compared to out east. it will be a blast and tickets aren't on sale yet. soon i think check out the website clubvibes they post some stuff there too about it

Good question. I found out about the Ferry Corsten and Armin Van Buuren shows weeks ago but didn't see any announcements officially. I didn't want to make new threads about these shows because I'm a newbie around here and I figured the promoters would make the official announcements. I guess it's up to us to start threads to get the buzz going on these shows. Or maybe they're already posted on the Events: 2005 Master List, unofficially. Also, there may be rules for promoters to advertise their events on TA. (Should somebody start a Ferry thread?)

Posted by Mark on Mar-25-2005 04:09:

most of them, ferry/armin/lisa lashes @ plush etc.. are posted on FNK well in advance. so they are still posting up official announcements but just not on TA as early or as often.

Posted by apri_peel on Mar-25-2005 04:47:

fnk is where they make their money
they cant much money off of 10-15 TAs that might show up to their events

Coming down for sure, my friend's bro is letting us use his apartment right downtown off of Howe St.
