-- My favorite mix + tracklist

Posted by TheWiseman on Mar-30-2005 18:33:

Be Cool! My favorite mix + tracklist (many ASOT influences!)

Guyz,

I did this mix a couple of months ago and I am pretty proud of it. I like the overall music choice, the red line throughout the cd.

However, I would really like to hear your comments, especially on my technics (not my turntables but the way I mix the songs)

I hope you can provide me some, so I can learn from it!

Tracklist is as follows:

1) Rising Star - Touch me (Vincent de Moor
remix)
2) Solarcoaster - Seven Cities (Michael Woods
remix)
3) Firewall - Sincere (Pulser remix)
4) Pulser - My Religion
5) Envio - Touched by the Sun
6) St. John vs. Locust - Mind Circles
7) Cern - The Message
8) F. Massif - Understatement
9) System F - Solstice
10) Filo & Peri - Elevation
11) Empirical Labs - Turtle Beach
12) Signum - Push Through
13) St. John vs. Locust - Mind Circles (Passiva remix)

DOWNLOAD IT HERE:

Thanks!!

Some great tunes in the tracklist but only 64k/bit? :\

Would give it a listen if you have a higher quality version..

Hi Wiseman,

You can be very proud of this mix.
The whole set is better for listening to it at the workplace (what I am doing now) or at the way to home. The first 30 minutes is not the one that I love when I go to a club (I don't know why), but the flow of it is great and the feeling is that it's pure joy and happyness.
I was quite down at the morning, but came to work, downloaded this, started to listening and I could do more things within an hour then the whole yesterday. Now I'm happy and full of energy again.

I don't know if you can learn from it, but I wanted to tell it to you and thank you to share this nice piece of work!

Keep up the good work!

Cheers

Wow! Thanks for the great comments Dj Caine! I really appreciate it!

goonerjack, I will post a link with a higher bitrate shortly, but I have problems with my account at the moment. However, I do think that the quality is pretty good, even though it is 64 kb/s. Please give it a try!

Listening right now and I notice that the mixing is short but keeps the tempo right in there. Nice to listen to. Great tracks too, a tad dated now but still lovely.

Nice work, keeping an eye on the next!
